ABOUT THE CONTEST

The Consumer is entitled to receive one coupon on purchase of every pouch /bottle of "Rathi Toner" product. The Scheme is as under :Win Magic Numbers : On first scratch you will get a number . See, if it has last three lucky digits like 111 or 222 ...or 999 . It has three options. You may chose the best one you like , as mentioned. You can surrender a single coupon or 10 coupons of scheme lucky digits and get item mentioned in the scheme . The other option is to make a sequence of last three lucky digit such as 111 and 222... and 999 (9 coupons ) and get the item mentioned in the scheme . You will find other three scratching space having other schemes Lucky Draws will be held as per the scheme.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.	This is EK MEIN ANEK Scratch-cum-Lucky Draw Scheme. The scheme shall be in effect from 16th July,2001 to 30th June 2002.
2.	The draws will be conducted in the presence of Dealers, Booking Agents and User of Rathi Toner . The venue ant the time of draw will be intimated to the Dealers and Booking Agents.The Users of Rathi Toner may get the required information from them.
3.	The draw winners will claim their prizes against surrender of their Original winning coupon within 45 (Forty Five) Days of the date of draw and after that no claim will be entertained. Winners of scratching scheme shall also have to claim their prize within 45 days from the date of 4th & final draw.
4.	Mutilated, tampered, forged coupons or photocopy of the coupons will not be accepted . the Company shall not be held responsible for coupons lost by the coupon holder in any manner.
5.	All prizes are subject to all Indian laws including tax regulations as may be applicable to the winners.
6.	Gift Coupon indicates only participation and it is not necessary that every coupon holder wins prize.
7.	The winners of Scratching Scheme shall have to claims their prizes by surrendering the original coupons which will be kept by the Company for the purpose of draw and should keep the photocopy of the same for there reference. The winners from already surrendered coupons will have to claim their prizes, if any, by giving reference of original surrender.
8.	The scheme can be alerted or modified or extended by the Company. The Company can change the date and the venue of the draw. This scheme coupons carries no commercial value.
9.	The winners of scheme will have to claim the prize from the Corporate & Marketing Office of the company at New Delhi.
10.	The item shown/mentioned in the scheme is as per the present models manufactured by the respective manufactures. The company may change the brand/model in case of none availability of the same.
11.	The company does not stand guarantee for any defect of the item given to winners under this scheme. Company's decision will be final in case of any dispute. The scheme is subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
